To encourage and accommodate students who desire to study engineering but, may prefer to attend another college before coming to Georgia Tech, the College of Engineering offers the opportunity to transfer to Georgia Tech through the Dual Degree Engineering Program.

Under the Dual Degree Engineering Program, students attend a participating Dual Degree School for three years and then attend the College of Engineering at Georgia Tech for approximately two years. Each participating school requires the student to complete a specified curriculum to qualify for the baccalaureate degree from that institution, as well as, the necessary institutional core requirements for their degree.
