Meet Natalie Souther, Industrial Engineer

What do you want to do after graduation?

I would like to go into some sort of hospital engineering when I graduate, possibly health systems. I've also considered teaching math, so either of these fields would be very fulfilling.

Does your outside interest have any relationship to your degree?

I just like to shoot skeet for fun with my dad and brother. It, unfortunately, doesn't have anything to do with my major.

What other activities are you involved in outside of class?

Outside of class, I am involved in Greek Life as a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, Campus Outreach, GT College Republicans, and Relay for Life.  I also love intramurals, so I play every chance I get.

What does Tech offer you that other schools did not?

I chose Tech because I've always loved math, so engineering seemed like a good fit. I loved the size of Tech's campus and the fact that I would still get to go to D1 football games!
